My own opinion is that if you are a B2C organisation and hold lots of external personal data, you have to declare it so those whose data you hold are aware of it. Funky Pigeon, the internet card and gift company, had a cyber incident. b) One of the lost techniques in business continuity is thinking about the ‘backlog trap’.
