There are some single points of failure in terms of power distribution, and the generators are all situated close to the shoreline making them vulnerable to a storm surge. I feel as though I have the skills to get a good RTO for the call centre, and then suggest a strategy for its recovery. In this case, oh, if it was only that simple.

Most firms seem to be looking at days or weeks for impact tolerance If we look at RTOs in the business continuity discipline, we often think in terms of minutes, hours, or days; especially when we look at IT recovery. However, when we look at impact tolerances, we are seeing timeframes in terms of days, weeks, and beyond.
