On the night of 11th September, paramedics in Düsseldorf, Germany, were alerted to the deteriorating condition of a 78-year-old woman suffering from an aortic aneurysm. They therefore had to severely reduce capacity due to lack of access to patient files and weren’t able to take this particular patient.
