I love technology and can be frustrated by it as much as anyone. Just yesterday the idea of a "plug and play" replacement for a home modem and router ended up being a two-hour hassle and conversation with tech help to get the thing working right. Then there was the issue of getting Netflix running on a DISH network the day before. No wonder I no longer have hair.
