Heat and Drought Are Not Limited to the USA

China battles heat.

Today I caught this news item: “China battles its worst heat wave on record.”

They note that to conserve electrical power the government shut down factories and stopped them from operating. The future result is another supply chain disruption.

Our “just in time” way of operating can’t handle even a one-week disruption in the supply chain.

Water supply is another issue. We will have international water wars, not like the type ongoing in the Southwest, but real shooting wars as nations compete for the most precious of resources — water!
