The pictures of stranded passengers sleeping on the floor at Gatwick and Heathrow are not good for the reputation of British Airways. I noticed, with slight amusement, that every business continuity and IT armchair pundit have taken to social media to express their outrage.

Between winning the election and his inauguration, the news has been full of speculation about what sort of President he would be, and what his policies would be.
