Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud
for service providers

Managed service providers (MSPs) need intuitive controls, flexible options to optimize and customize their operations and visibility into the information they need to provide world-class cybersecurity services to their clients. After all, anything you can do to save time and increase productivity will help you boost profits, reduce risk and achieve your most important business goals.

The April 2022 release of Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud makes all of this possible by providing five significant new enhancements to give MSPs more flexibility and control in the way they manage clients’ systems and infrastructure, resulting in better cyber protection.

The early access program (EAP) for Acronis' Advanced Data Loss Prevention (DLP) pack

Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud will soon offer the only data loss prevention (DLP) solution specifically designed for MSPs like you looking to boost profits and reduce security risks without increasing management complexity. Start planning your service upgrade now to gain access to Advanced DLP at no additional cost during the early access period.

These Advanced DLP capabilities will help you prevent the leakage of your clients’ sensitive data with automatic, client-specific policy creation. This enables you to eliminate the complexity and costs associated with enterprise-level DLP solutions and automate DLP service provisioning and management.

New partner profile tab in Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud console

Now you can easily define which one of your company contacts should receive role-specific updates from Acronis and gain more visibility into billing, business and even technical details. The new partner profile tab is a better way to manage your company details and keep all of your information up to date.

Guest user role in Acronis Cyber Files Cloud

The process of sharing files and folders externally is now much safer and easier to audit. New guest user roles empower users in Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud to share files and folders with external parties as identified by their email address.

A new integration with Splashtop’s remote access solution

Our first of two new integrations enables you to reduce service-delivery complexity and deliver better remote support to your clients when you’re using Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud and Splashtop. Now you can initiate remote control sessions to your managed workloads directly from the Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud console, eliminating the need to jump back and forth between the two solutions.

Management of macOS and Linux workloads via Kaseya VSA integration

Now you can manage Linux and macOS workloads with ease with this new Kaseya VSA integration. In addition to the existing support for Windows, you can also enable the mass deployment of Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud, manage protection plans and monitor protection status for macOS and Linux workloads — all within the Kaseya VSA.

UI update to the Advanced Email Security management console

In this release, the Advanced Email Security’s management console has been updated to offer an Acronis-branded look and feel. This enhancement enables your administrators to continue to operate in an intuitive UI, an important design update that helps them save time, eliminate questions and increase adoption and productivity.
