Russia Cyber Threat Overview and Advisories

CISA maintains a webpage dedicated to Russia’s cyber activities.

One of the “wild cards” that Russia holds up its sleeve in the Ukrainian situation is its cyber attack capabilities and the question of if it will choose to use them after the West imposes sanctions on Russian interests.

One thing is for sure — Russia will use them on Ukraine as it has in the past. The No. 1 goal would be to cripple the telecommunications industry so that a coordinated defense of the nation would be impeded.
