Pulling myself out of bed and rolling into the office at 8am on a Saturday morning knowing I was in for a full day of complex failover testing to tick the regulator’s box was a bad start to the weekend. Once complete, our database volumes have replicated to the DR array and are safe in the event of any failure/outage at the PROD site.
