The difference between a generic response and contingency plans

I have also been helping another organisation rewrite their plans, so I am very focused on plan content at the moment. Their plans for recovery centred around moving to another location and they didn’t envisage a situation where going to the back-up location didn’t actually help their ability to continue delivering their services.
